    TheGrillFather Concierge service includes call-coordinated delivery and a lift gate off the truck to most Residential door-door delivery. Commercial delivery lift gate upon request.

    • Look for various Specials on other brands throughout our site that can vary during the year.
    • Doors and Drawers come with a $9.95-24.95 per item, which may vary on some brands. Most of our Summerset Brand items will ship free if you add them to your large orders. There are some Brands that leave us very little room to work with and still ship free. We work on very modest margins and understand the everyone on the planet is looking for the best deal. Our value is in our Concierge Consultation and call door-to-door delivery services.
    • What if your order is less than $1,399? Most smaller items ship for $14.95 – $24.95 flat fee per item. (understand that this can vary).  Grills bundled or shipped with Doors, Drawers, and other misc items allowing us to “One Ship” with deeper Discounts. We encourage you to call for a quote or a free consult and let us come up with the best price for your needs.


  • Do you have a Big Order?  We can we help you with an affordable, custom “Purchase-to-Ship” build for your Outdoor Living Staycation dream project. Our “Grill-Ops” team can build a custom quote for you with “Flexible Custom Creative Pricing and Shipping abilities.” We encourage you to send us a shopping list and call us so we can meet your needs and make an offer with service you can’t refuse.  Write our Grill-Ops Team. (Shipping times are typically 7-10 business days, not including Saturday’s or Sunday’s.) ** Note, you can request a Saturday delivery, call for quote.

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges due to additional factors that complicate normal delivery, such as: delivery to the middle of nowhere, unpaved roads, rural areas not next to major cities, a penthouse level of a tall building, special delivery, or specific curbside deliveries like “White Glove” delivery.


  • Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the next day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00PM PST will ship within three (3) days after the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
  • Standard delivery times are 7-10 business days. We partner with a delivery service that is better than most. They can call to coordinate your delivery.
  • We will do our best to make sure your order is expedited. Shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties are only fair estimates of time and cost. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


  • We ship to the Continental US and Hawaii. For delivery to Hawaii, call for a quote and we will discount your shipping fees. Shipping to Hawaii – Inter-Island shippng fees can apply, and we will estimate fees as main destination is typically Oahu and then shipped Inter-Island. We will do our best to quote you the fee before we ship. We will refund your money if the fees are unacceptable.
  • Delivery to Canada available, however,  Customer will have to pay VAT Tax/Customs with a chosen Customs broker. Call for a quote.


Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales or other taxes.

Multiple Product Orders

For an order of multiple products, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any product(s) you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Product Returns or Exchange

  • Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We encourage you to call and talk to our team to rule out product or satisfaction issues. Some manufacturers will not take back any items that have been used or cooked on. If you have met the return conditions, you may return any product within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees or returns). Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • In order for a return to be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, items must be:
    • Returned in their original packaging as shipped.
    • Attached with the original receipt or Verification by
    • Unused
    • Customer must obtain a valid RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization Code, before sending the return (Please contact us)
    • All Returns must be reported within 30 days of purchase and shipped back within 3 days of issuing an RMA
    • The Product CAN NOT be marred, scratched, dented, or discolored or have been physically used
    • The packaging cannot be damaged.
    • NOT purchased at a “Discount Price”
    • Email photos of any defective items to support your case
    • On any return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any costs incurred in getting the product both to, and from, the customer, regardless of whether shipping was originally charged or not. If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will refund your entire amount. A 15% Restocking fee or more will be imposed on all returns.
    • If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship via freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
    • All returns require previous communication with and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please do not simply ship items back. Items must be returned prepaid in resalable condition with all documentation, hoses, etc. Please package your shipment well and insure your shipment. If your return arrives to us damaged, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the product. We are not responsible for damages during shipping on returns. Contact us to schedule a return and check back with us several days after you have shipped it. We will not be held responsible for a refund if the customer does not make a follow-up call.
    • If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. Customer must notify us within (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. Customer is responsible for any damage to the product when shipping back to us. Please call us at 1-800-969-1026 to report this issue and we will gladly help you out.
    • If an item is shown as delivered by the shipping company and has not arrived, or if the item is shown as undelivered and has not arrived, please contact us within (21) calendar days of the expected delivery date to report a missing delivery. Please call us at 1-800-969-1026 to report this issue and we will gladly help you out.
    • The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee IS NOT covered if:
      • Item has been installed or used in any manner
      • Item was special ordered, such as custom color (i.e. outdoor kitchens, color top, etc.)
      • Item has been personalized
      • Item contains partial case packs (bundles).

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Pricing and price matching

  • Can you beat every order?  We try our best to meet or beat orders on most listed grills and packages. Some manufactures will not allow us to do this so we have to give you the fair price. We reserve the right to give you the best price we can, and there are times we just cannot match another dealer or offer. We do not price match for parts and non-stocking items.
